We believe passionately and unashamedly that Jesus Christ is the hope of the world. Our goal is to be a church on a mission, sharing the same love that has changed our lives with the people of our community. We believe in a God who loves and accepts people right where they are. We don’t pretend to be perfect people; but we do serve a perfect God.

We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit; that God’s spirit is still at work today; that he still heals and fills people and radically changes their lives forever.

We believe in the community of the church; that we are called by God to love one another as family.

We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back soon and we await his return with expectation.

Obviously this single page cannot contain all the truths we hold to in God’s Word. However, we want to invite you to join us in this great discovery! One thing we don’t believe, is that church should be boring; at Mount Hope, we endeavor to grow in our faith in fresh, relevant, fun, and interesting ways because that’s the way we believe God designed it.
