We are a growing church plant located in St. Johns, MI. Our weekend services are located in the newly renovated Wilson Center Auditorium on 101 W. Cass Street Sundays at 11:00 AM.  At Mount Hope, one thing we don’t believe is that church should be boring; we believe in communicating God’s truth in relevant and engaging ways. We believe you and your kids will have a great time with us; so feel free to pop in some Sunday morning soon!

Here’s what you can expect at our usual Sunday service: Live, passionate worship, multi-media presentations (such as video or special music) that we hope will help illustrate the point of our service, and down to earth teaching, not based on opinion, but on the Bible, God’s written Word.

Questions you may have:

What kind of service will there be for my kids? Our kids ministry is called Faith Kidz and our goal is for them to learn God’s Word and help them have a great time doing it! Your kids will enjoy video segments that illustrate the days lesson, small group sessions with other kids, fun games, a tasty snack, and a loving atmosphere. We ask that you please check your kids in before the service at our welcome table at the entrance to the auditorium. Nursery care is also available for every Sunday Service.

Where should I park? On Sunday mornings, there are hundreds of parking spaces available, on the street, in front of the courthouse and behind the Wilson center.

Will I have to dress up? The short answer is no. Although we don’t mind if you do, we dress casual at Mount Hope and we expect you to be yourself and come in whatever’s comfortable for you.

Connection groups: our connection groups are designed with two purposes in mind: to help you connect with others and connect with God. We weren’t meant to do life alone. Connection groups meet in homes in a small group format and discuss the week’s topics and what God’s word has to say about it. Ask us if you’d like to get connected to one near you!

Men’s and Women’s groups: Come join us on Tuesday nights at 7:00 PM for some in-depth teaching on what the heck the Bible is saying and how it applies to you! Our men’s group meets downstairs in the Wilson Center and the Women’s group in the main offices.
